Young Entrepreneur Series – Yard Dogs, Inc.

September 13, 2011
Neil Kurowsky was 13 years old when Yard Dogs, Inc was opened. Neil started off his lawn care business like many other teenagers, by mowing the laws of his grandparents.

What began as a side job turned into a lucrative landscaping business, Yard Dogs, Inc. Due to the huge demand for Kurowsky’s work, he began to expand the company.

Like the Secret Millionaires Club webisode “Lawn & Order“, Neil’s business has really taken off and he’s had to make entrepreneurial decisions about saving for what you need versus spending for what you want.

Kurowsky’s goal? In ten years, he wants to be one of the largest landscaping companies in his hometown of Orlando, FL. With careful planning and saving for what he needs, we think he has a pretty great chance of success!

He’s affiliated with Junior Achievement of Central Florida, Inc. and has managed to build his business wisely. You can do it too! Visit the Secret Millionaires Club Learn & Earn site to learn more about how to start smart.
